listen to your life.

music is my thing.  all of the different chapters in my life have a corresponding soundtrack in the background. i like a wide variety of music, except for country.  if there is any type of country music playing i need to switch that off immediately,  and if it is playing in a store i will run out screaming!

i have been known to be a bit of a control freak at parties or gatherings. 

with only the music of course....

i feel that only the music i want to hear should be playing,  and my friends who know and love me understand this and allow me to switch the music erratically and maybe only listen to a few seconds of each song before moving on to the next (this can be correlated with the amount of red wine that is being poured as well)

at my place of work, my office mate and i have the same taste in music, and this was a strong requirement for sharing an office space with me....oh and of course that they would be prepared to laugh at my jokes and happily listen to my repetitive stories. the work day is spent with a variety of music playing in the background

now,  choosing to "break into song" or  behave like you are in an episode of "Glee" without any planning or warning,  

is NOT MY THING!

please don't sing a song to me,  i don't know what to do!

please don't serenade me,  it makes me feel funny....

have you ever wondered what the soundtrack to the movie of your life would sound like?
it is amazing to me how a certain song,  even just a hearing the first few seconds of it can take you back to a time...good or bad,  you feel like you are just there
